I am so happy to receive my first ever blog award from my Sylvia who is my bestest friend. We only met about 3 years ago through an online craft forum Trimcraft and met up at the University of Derby when they hosted a Max Papercraft Show and our friendship has grown and grown and I couldn't wish for a better friend.
No I think I have to tell you 7 facts about me. Sylvia will probably know all of them anyway.
1. I have been married to Rob for the past 31 years now
2. My son and his partner have just added another grandchild Frankie to my list of grandchildren
3. I started crafting (knitting and crochet) when I was only about 8 years old
4. I love spending lots of time with my family and friends
5. I have been successful in securing some funding for the Creative Minds Craft Group and am in the process of applying for some more. GOOD TIMES
6. I am really worried about my son Kim going back to Afghanistan in September
7. I love going away in my caravan or on Spa Days/Weekends
